The Supreme Court has refused to halt the prosecution under health and safety laws of a truck dealership owned by multimillionaire businessman Pino Harris.

The case follows the sale of a lorry crane unit acquired by it after the unit was involved in a fatal accident. J Harris Assemblers had sought an order preventing its prosecution following its sale on September 3rd 2003, of a lorry crane unit.
