Havana - A US Catholic priest was strangled to death earlier this week in a room he was renting in a Havana house, diplomatic sources in Cuba said yesterday. Father George Zirwas, in his late 40s, was from a town near Pittsburgh. Cuban police were investigating the case as murder.
