A postmortem will take place today on the body of the young man who died during the Electric Picnic festival in Laois.
John Paul Fitzpatrick (23) from Healy's Bridge, Carrigrohane, Co Cork collapsed late on Saturday night and was taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Portlaoise where he later died.
Festival organiser John Reynolds extended his sympathies to Mr Fitzpatrick's family.
