Kassel - Europe's top art show, Documenta, yesterday announced a happy event of the unexpected kind after a sow named Thea gave birth to nine piglets at its Home for Pigs and Humans. Thea and the piglets' father, boar Ben, are part of an artistic work by Rosemarie Trockel and Carsten Hoeller.
The piglets will be slaughtered sometime after the Documenta closes in late September, the spokesman said. - (AFP)
