Detectives hunting the killer of British girl Amanda "Milly" Dowler today said a witness had spotted two men and a schoolgirl in a field on the day Milly disappeared near where her body was found.
Surrey Police are also looking for three cars and a white van, seen in the area around Yateley Heath Woods in Hampshire at about 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 21st.
Det Chief Supt Craig Denholm, leading the inquiry, said it was a "very significant" development in the investigation.
