Italian pharmaceutical group Recordati is to create 60 jobs through an €28 million investment in Co Cork.

Italian pharmaceutical group Recordati is to create 60 jobs through an €28 million investment in Co Cork.

The project entails a research and development centre, a pharmaceuticals manufacturing plant, and an international marketing operation in Ringaskiddy. It is being supported by IDA Ireland.

Announcing the move today, the Tánaiste, Ms Harney, said the investment was part of the company's strategy to grow internationally.
