Oil and gas explorer Petroceltic International has announced plans to drill seven wells in North Africa.

Oil and gas explorer Petroceltic International has announced plans to drill seven wells in North Africa.

The company contracted the T-212 rig from Germany's KCA Deutag Drilling Group to drill in Algeria. Petroceltic and Sonatrach, Algeria's state oil company, are partners in the project.
