Pedestrian, 86, killed in Ennis

An 86-year old woman was fatally injured when she was struck by a truck in Ennis Co Clare earlier today.

Gardai are investigating the incident which took place at Mill Road, Ennis at 2:45 p.m. The woman has not yet been named.
