The merger of Dublin-based chip designer Parthus and US software company Ceva will be completed at midnight, the companies announced today.

Parthus shareswill cease trading today at the close of business on the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, respectively.

The capital repayment of €62 millionto Parthus shareholders is expected to take place in the next 14 days.

The new company's shares, to be called ParthusCeva, will begin trading tomorrow in London and New York.
