O'Dea warns on misuse of media

Fianna Fail has called for a new law to stop criminal suspects "using" the media. "The law will have to be changed to prevent suspected major criminals using the media to provide themselves with possible defences to future prosecutions," the party's law reform spokesman, Mr Willie O'Dea TD, said.
