A teenage drug-dealer has been jailed for nine years by Judge Frank O'Donnell at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Stuart Behan (19) pleaded guilty at earlier hearings to charges of having heroin for sale or supply on dates in 1996 and 1997. Behan, of Ashling Grove, Drimnagh, admitted having heroin valued at £6,000, £3,000 and £1,600 for sale or supply at various points in Dublin. Judge O'Donnell said he would review the sentence again on July 4th, 2001.
