A shooting incident in a loyalist estate in Portadown, Co Armagh, yesterday morning is being linked to a feud between the LVF and UVF. Shortly after 7.30 a.m. a gunman fired about six shots at the driver of a car in Oakwood Place, in the Brownstown estate. No one was injured.

Meanwhile, a man was recovering in hospital last night following a shooting in Mullacreevie Park, Armagh. The man received gunshot wounds to both legs and an arm. The incident happened at about 9 p.m.
