A Dublin man pleaded not guilty to murder yesterday in the Central Criminal Court. Mr David McDonagh (43), of St Joseph's Park, Finglas, Dublin, denied the murder of Mr Timothy Joyce in Finglas on November 9th, 1996.
A jury was sworn in to hear the trial, expected to begin today.
