The High Court has granted bail to Mr Mark Kinsella (26), Whitestown Avenue, Blanchardstown, Dublin, who is charged with the murder of Thomas Fetherston at Corduff Avenue on November 22nd last year.
With the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr Kinsella was yesterday granted bail on his own bond of £5,000 and an independent surety of £4,000 or cash in lieu. He is to report daily to the Garda and must surrender his passport.
