The body of a girl recovered from the river Shannon by the Limerick Marine Rescue today has been identified as Lindsay Kiely.
Ms Kiely went missing nine days ago when she and a friend, Victor O'Connor, fell into the river near the Ardnacrusha power station in County Clare. Mr O’Connor’s body was recovered last Friday.
Ms Kiely, from Moyross in Limerick, was recovered this afternoon.
