A man charged with the murder of an infant last summer was sent forward for trial by Judge James McDonnell at Tallaght District Court. Mr John Reilly (30), of Crooksling, Brittas, Co Wicklow, is charged with the murder of Oisin Reilly-Murphy on June 5th last at Kiltalown, Jobstown.

The defendant was released on continuing bail of £10,000 cash lodgment and his own bail bond of £300.
