A man (30) has been shot in the leg in a paramilitary-style attack in Co Down.
The man was walking along the Jubilee Road in Newtownards at around 9.30 p.m. last night when he was dragged into a car by a number of men.
He was driven to an area known as the Floodgates off the Portaferry Road and shot once in the leg before being abandoned on waste ground.
There were no arrests.
