Man remanded over 2005 Clontarf murder

A 22 year-old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of a man in north Dublin in November 2005.

A 22 year-old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of a man in north Dublin in November 2005.

Craig White (22), of O’Devaney Gardens off Dublin’s North Circular Road, was remanded in custody until next Friday at a brief hearing at the Bridewell District Court this morning.

Noel Roche (27) was shot dead on November 15th, 2005 in a car on the Clontarf Road.

The killing was linked to a long-running feud between two crime gangs based in the Crumlin/Drimnagh areas of south Dublin which has claimed the lives of more than ten people.
