A man arrested in connection with a drugs seizure in Co Kildare on Sunday appeared before a special 10 minute session of Bray District Court yesterday.
Mr Martin Murray (31), of Birr, Co Offaly, was charged with possession of diamorphine (heroin) at Quinnsboro, Naas, for selling or otherwise supplying to another contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977.
He was remanded in custody until Friday at 11 a.m.
