A man who was being held by gardaí in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Dublin last weekend has been released.
The man was arrested after he allegedly forced a woman, believed to be his common-law wife, from a pub in Stoneybatter in Dublin's north inner city at gunpoint on Sunday night.
A file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
