A sixth man charged in connection with the gang fight in a west Dublin warehouse which lead to the death of INLA man Mr Patrick Campbell was refused bail yesterday. Dublin District Court heard that Mr Patrick O'Toole (22) of Kilclare Gardens, Tallaght had already approached one key witness in the case and that others could also be intimidated.
Mr O'Toole is charged with unlawful possession of a sawn-off shotgun and ammunition at Ballymount Road on October 6th and with possession of the gun at Busaras earlier this month.
