A man charged with setting fire to a house on Inishbofin Island in which three sisters died in July has been remanded on bail to Galway District Court on October 27th.

Mr Alan Murphy (25), with an address at The Square, Market Street, Clifden, Co Galway, is charged with the unlawful killing of Ms Eileen Coyne (82), of Middle Quarter, Inishbofin, and with setting fire to her house, on July 6th.
