A 68-year-old Connemara man who faces 117 charges of buggering and indecently assaulting four boys between 1960 and 1980 was refused leave to change his plea from guilty to not guilty at Galway Circuit Criminal Court yesterday.
Following legal argument, Judge Carroll Moran refused the accused man leave to change his plea and adjourned the case to October 2nd for sentencing.
