A 21 year old man was found hanging upside down from railings in the New Barnsley area of west Belfast early yesterday in an apparent IRA so called "punishment" attack. The victim had been beaten in Rock Grove by several men with iron bars and clubs spiked with nails. He is being treated in hospital for arm and leg injuries.
