A 43-year-old man was fatally injured at Ballindollaghan, Castlerea, Co Roscommon, shortly after midnight on Saturday. The incident happened when a car overturned on a narrow stretch of road. A passenger who was thrown from the car was not seriously injured. No other vehicle was involved.
