A man in his mid-50s has died after he was involved in a road crash in Co Kerry early this morning.
The incident happened at Blackwater Bridge on the road between Sneem and Kenmare at around 8.30am.
A male pedestrian in his mid 50's was struck by a van while herding cattle.
The deceased man was removed to Tralee General Hospital, and the road has been reopened.
