A man has died following a single car crash in Co Clare this evening.
The incident happened at Ballyquinn, Broadford, Killaloe at 7.45 p.m. The 38-year-old driver of the car lost control and struck a ditch.
There were no passengers in car and no one was injured. The man's body has been removed to Limerick Regional Hospital. His name has not yet been released.
