A man in his 30s is to appear before Dublin District Court this morning in connection with a shooting incident in a bar in the city centre early on Sunday morning.
The man, who was arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act on Sunday, was arrested after another man was shot in the leg at a pub on Ellis Quay, Dublin 7.
The victim's injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
