A 27-year-old man is due to appear in Belfast Magistrate’s court tomorrow morning charged with possession of weapons with intent to endanger life.

The man was one of six men arrested in the Nelson Court area of the loyalist Shankhill in Belfast in August, 2000.

The find included a sub-machine gun, an assault rifle and assorted handguns and ammunition.
