A man (48) was found dead in a car in Co Meath this morning after a crash overnight.
A Garda spokesman said the car was found crashed through a ditch into a stream at 8.20 a.m. at Newstone, Drumconrath, Co Meath. No other vehicles were involved, the spokesman said.
The body of the man, who was from the area, has been taken to Our Lady's Hospital in Navan. He has not yet been named.
