A man has been found dead after a house fire in Co Tipperary early this morning.
The man’s remains were found after fire fighters extinguished the fire in Father Terry Park, Fethard at approximately 1.30am.
“Gardaí and units from Clonmel Fire Brigade attended the scene and human remains were subsequently discovered,” a Garda statement said.
“These remains believed to be those of a male, have yet to be identified and currently remain at the scene.”
The scene has being preserved pending a technical examination.
