A 20-year-old Dublin man was cleared yesterday of the attempted rape and sex assault of a woman in the grounds of a school on January 15th, 1996. A jury took just under an hour after a nine-day trial in the Central Criminal Court to return verdicts of not guilty and Mr Justice Carney discharged him.
