An unemployed labourer, Mr Martin Duffy (29), has pleaded not guilty at a special court in Craigavon to charges of possessing an AKM 45 rifle and two magazines on November 19th. He was further charged that between June 10th and November 22nd, he was a member of the Continuity IRA. Mr Duffy was remanded in custody to a court sitting at the Maze on December 16th.
