A 36-year-old Drogheda man charged with aggravated sexual assault on a 23-year-old man appeared in Drogheda District Court yesterday. The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faces two charges of aggravated sexual assault, alleged to have occurred in Dungarvan, Co Waterford, last July 28th and 29th. Judge Flann Brennan journed the case for six weeks.
