Gardaí have arrested a fourth person in their investigation into the death of Darren McGrath.
Mr McGrath (31) was shot dead in bed by a gunman at about 5am in Belturbet, Co, Cavan, on May 20th.
Two men and one woman earlier arrested had appeared at a special sitting of Cavan District Court yesterday, where they had their period of detention extended.
The latest arrest was made yesterday evening, when a man in his 30s was arrested at Monaghan Garda Station.
All four are being held under Section 30 Of The Offences Against the State Act.
