A peace commissioner and retired businessman yesterday admitted sexually abusing three young boys over a six-year period up to 1980. Thomas Theo Barry (65) with an address at Woodbrook, Sleaveen, Kinsale, Co Cork, pleaded guilty at Cork Circuit Criminal Court to 10 counts of indecent assault on the boys between May 31st, 1974, and November 1st, 1980. He was remanded in custody until November 5th for sentence.
