An 18 year old south Derry man appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court yesterday on three buggery charges involving his 12 year old brother. He was returned for trial to the next sitting of Derry Crown Court. The offences are alleged to have occurred between November 1st, 1993, and March 1st, 1995.
The accused man cannot be named to protect his victim.
