A porter was remanded in custody today accused of murdering a man outside a nightclub in Co Antrim.

A porter was remanded in custody today accused of murdering a man outside a nightclub in Co Antrim.

Mr Mark James Morrison (23) of Milburn Road, Coleraine was charged with killing Mr Brian Caskey in Portrush.

The victim, a 24-year-old barman, was found dead at Station Square in the seaside town yesterday.

Coleraine Magistrates Court heard today that the accused made no reply when he was charged. He was remanded in custody to appear again by video link next month.
