The AXA insurance company, formerly the PMPA, in association with the O'Reilly Cullen insurance company, is expected to announce details in Dublin tomorrow of a reduced cost insurance scheme for young drivers.
Aimed particularly at the male driver under 25, it will involve the installation in cars covered by the scheme of a device which will monitor speed levels by satellite.
