Auctioneer Raymond Fee (29), Millstream, Distillery Lane, Dundalk, is charged with theft at Ulster Bank, Clanbrassil St, Dundalk, on August 19th, 2007, and with making gain or causing loss by deception at Ramparts Lane, Dundalk, on the same date.

A co-accused Anthony Roddy (60), Dungooly, Kilcurry, Dundalk is charged with theft at Ulster Bank, Clanbrassil St, Dundalk, on August 19th, 2007, and with making gain or causing loss by deception at Ramparts Lane, Dundalk, on March 3rd, 2007.
