The trail of Judge Brian Curtin on charges of possessing child pornography continued today with legal argument in the absence of the jury.
Judge Curtin is charged with possession of child pornography at his home in Tralee on May 27th, 2002, contrary to Section 6 of the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act of 1998. He has pleaded not guilty.
Yesterday was also taken up with legal argument.
The trial will continue tomorrow.
