Kerry Group has signed an agreement, subject to due diligence, to sell the Bailieboro milk-processing business to Lakeland Dairies for €33 million.
The Bailieboro business comprises the former Bailieboro and Westmeath Co-operatives.
The Bailieboro business was secured as part of Kerry’s acquisition of Golden Vale, a deal completed in October 2001.
