JUDGMENT was reserved by the Court of Criminal Appeal yesterday in an appeal by a man convicted of murdering a man in Galway three years ago. Mr Justice Blayney said the court would give its decision as soon as possible.

Norman Hull (46), of Main Street, Castledermot, Co Kildare, had denied the murder of Mr Clement Kirby (46), formerly of Dooradoyle, Limerick, at Foster Park, Salthill, Galway, on April 25th, 1993.

In the Central Criminal Court on December 1st, 1994, Hull was jailed for life.
