The application to seek to call Mr Larry Goodman to the witness box in proceedings in which he is claiming £22

The application to seek to call Mr Larry Goodman to the witness box in proceedings in which he is claiming £22.5 million from a Co Tipperary farmer was further adjourned in the High Court yesterday.

Mr Joseph Kenny, of Roscrea, wants to make the application to have Mr Goodman cross examined on his affidavit when the main action comes on for hearing. No date has yet been fixed for the main hearing. The application is being opposed by Mr Goodman.

The matter is put in again for mention on Tuesday.
