A Number of appointments have taken place at The Irish Times as part of the reorganisation of editorial structures at the newspaper following the introduction of the Hermes publishing system.
Cliff Taylor (above) has been appointed Editor, NewsCentre. He will head the team responsible for directing the live news sections of the newspaper.
Dermot O'Shea has been appointed Imaging Editor. He will be responsible for all images in all Irish Times publications and will be involved in developing the commercial potential of imaging resources.
Peter Thursfield has been appointed Picture Editor.
