A young man has been seriously injured in a crash which occurred in south Dublin on Saturday evening.
The incident occurred on Vico Road in Dalkey, and gardaí and emergency services attended the scene. The road remains closed while a technical examination takes place.
The driver of the car, a man aged in his early 20s, was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
