Judgment was reserved in the High Court yesterday on a challenge to An Bord Pleanala's decision to grant planning permission to Treasury Holdings for a hotel and office development in central Dublin. Lancefort, of Upper Ormond Quay, Dublin, had brought the proceedings against the board, Ireland and the Attorney General.

Before the court is an application to quash permission granted to Treasury Holdings in December 1996 to develop a site bounded by Fleet Street, Westmoreland Street and College Green. Mrs Justice McGuinness said she would deliver her judgment as soon as possible.
