The High Court will give judgment next week on whether Dublin West TD Mr Liam Lawlor has supplied the Flood tribunal with all the documents it is seeking on his financial affairs.
Last January, Mr Lawlor served seven days in jail and was fined £10,000 with costs for failing to supply all documents on his financial records to the tribunal. The remainder of a three-month sentence was suspended on condition he provided the records.
