Two British nationals who were detained by members of the Garda Drug Squad following a £2 million heroin seizure last week were released by the High Court yesterday.
Mr Justice Liam McKechnie held that Mr John Linn Snr of Glasgow, and Mr Thomas Mulvey of Liverpool, should have been told during their appearance in the District Court on April 6th that they were entitled to legal representation.
