The Green Party will make representations in the High Court today in an attempt to force RTÉ to broadcast its annual conference live.
The Greens are seeking the order which would force RTE to broadcast the conference which takes place on the 1st and 2nd of March.
Montrose policy is not to give coverage to parties with less than 5 per cent of the vote and/or 7 TDs serving. The Green Party however has a total of 6 TDs and 2 MEPs.
It is arguing for the same coverage offered Sinn Féin, the Labour Party and the smaller Progressive Democrats.
